      Pros

      Cellebrite used to be a very nice, warm and motivating place for me and my colleagues. Everything changed when a new Managing Director came on board April 2023.

      Cons

      Expectations changed to the extent where we were expected to rush reports and attend zoom meetings even when we were on sick leave or paid time off. It is amazing how one unsympathetic, cold, ethnocentric "leader" could change the motivation of the entire team. Guess his objective is to chase everyone out and replace his own buddies who know nothing about the business."

      Tones of energy, you can build your self as no clear definitions of expected from you

      toxic and bad management in all terms: bad communication to the employees , bad manners , bad way to hire, bad way to convey messages, not same rules for all, NO MISTAKES company ....
