Pros
A lot of free time during the day, no management watching your every move, choose your own schedule, high commission possibility
Cons
move to multiple stores every day/month, almost never have the same schedule each month, very high requirements to get full commission, commission only, hourly draw that you have to pay back, they charge you for missing items and phones, they charge you for returning things incorrectly, the down time means you aren't making money and there is a lot of down time, extremely slow and difficult to move up, ridiculously high turnover rate.
