Pros

$13/hour draw + commission, usually 40 hours per week but sometimes more or less depending on staff, ability to switch and swap shifts virtually making your own schedule, ability to work in some of the busier stores, only responsibilities include selling and taking classes to sell better, vacation packages available, health insurance available, easy to get promoted, almost all staff works well together, can take whatever days off as long as someone covers it.

Cons

Sometimes required to work 6 days per week or 4 depending how well staffed which can be good or bad, have to work extended holiday hours, some stores are an hour away, any missing inventory items are charged out of your commission split between all people on shift, they do not investigate the missing items, sometimes high turnover.

Pros

The pay when they didn't take deacts we couldn't verify was good.

Cons

they will go back for sales even two year old and still claim through audits they need to take back money they paid you. there is no base pay and management is a joke

Pros

Managers, leaders, and mentors are all really positive, helpful, and inspiring. They're held to the same standards as the younger reps. Management is very open and friendly towards staff. Productivity is greatly rewarded

Cons

There is a lack of motivation for reps when they first start out. Guidance should be a little longer. Team leads should have more time to help the team grow, instead of being bogged down, plus have to sell as well.
