Pros

As a first time wireless sales rep, this has been the most seamless transition into any company that I have ever worked for. Training is essential and it keeps reps up to date with market knowledge but also best sales practices. After you're trained and ready to hit the floor, the minimum quotas/requirements are extremely obtainable. Cellular Sales is one of the few jobs out there that also allows so much flexibility in schedule. Not only is it within our ability to make schedule requests, but there is also room for trading/swapping shifts, as easy as the click of a button. Flexibility isn't the only thing though. There is no micro-management and it is a close-nit environment, open door type. Your manager will know you and genuinely care about you, and to be honest, you'll probably care about him/her too. In addition to everything mentioned before, CELLULAR SALES has one of the HIGHEST commission structures in the INDUSTRY. The ability to make money at this place is outrageous and addictive. And as I stated before, the minimum requirements are all within reach. Once you've hit those requirements the room for BONUS only increases. This place allows you to reap the rewards of your hard work and create life long friends in the process! FULL BENEFITS OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH

Cons

As far as cons go, the few that do exist derive from the beneficial aspects of the position. For example, this is a full commission job. No hourly, no salary. It's all based on personal performance. If you have the mindset to come in to work with a positive attitude and sell things with integrity and create a mutually beneficial solution for our customers, then commission won't be an issue. Another con could be no micro-management. As reps, we are responsible for performing our job duties day to day with little or no supervision. This can be very rewarding for individuals that are focused on making money, advancing, or just performing their job accordingly. The last thing I will say, that just like any other customer service position, is that we deal with the general public. Our motto is control the controllable.
