      Pros

      -a hard worker will make money here -the company is growing and there are efforts to build newer stores with more traffic -solid owners -not a very difficult job as long as you are motivated

      Cons

      -100% commission makes it difficult during slow season -Some stores slower than others, scheduling can seem unfair at times

      Pros

      Company pays well for sales. Job flexibility. Work life balance. Overall it was a fun job. I worked a schedule that still allowed me to have a social life. Shifts are shorter, so you don't get at burnt out. If you're good at sales, the commission structure is awesome

      Cons

      100% commission. No real opportunity for growth. Lots of pressure to hit quotas. If you aren't great in sales, it'll be hard for you to make any money. The slow business months makes it very hard to make anything. The way the company is structured gives very little room for growth, but there are sales associates that make more than management anyway.
