Pros

Cellular sales Is the type of work that will make you work for your money, you can make good money IF you bust your butt.

Cons

They'll make you drive around, no milage pay, the take away your money from every angle you can look at. I come to understand how they work and a software they have calculates your pay and comms so its hard to know if they took more money from you than what you truly earned. you are forced to come in on time, but you can never leave early. I come to realize also that they delay 1 month your comms. Ex: April comms are given to you till June because they work by draws, you have to work may and your april comms have to be enough to cover the hours of May in order for you to receive anything in June. Also there is a bonus system if you don't make it to bonus be which is 100% of your comms, you reach bonus A which is 75% , if not bonus base which is 50% and if you don't cover your draws that you get paid bi-weekly, you go into negative and moves to your next comms. Its a sketchy system and of course, they are taking away your money and taking advantage of you. Their employment system is bad and life/work balance doesn't really exist. If you have an emergency like lets say: today you are in the hospital, they'll ask you if you covered your shift. there is also no schedule stability; they change it every 1 or 2 or 3 months. They tell you that if you make it to the top of leaderboard you pick your schedule; but that's not 100% sure... They make roster bids and they take like 2 hours and you might be the first to pick, but there will be like 20 more reps that follow you and its hard to get the schedule you want which I think its a lazy way of creating a schedule.
