Pros

Friendly work environment, plenty of training for making calls, script was given to read from, opportunity to earn alot of commission

Cons

A lot of sales reps, shared cubicles, most customers that were called felt that the process of having someone set up an appt for them to come into the store for an upgrade was unnecessary.

Flexible schedule and locations, non- stress environment, friendly co-workers, great pay for performance, good benefits, good way to learn about sales, leadership, and technology.

Cons

Pay stucture is confusing and changes by company demand and quotas. Stores and equipment are outdated. Internet and computers need updating.
