Pros

Freedom, no caps on income. Awesome income. Never would have guessed that there are people that dislike each other. Another issue is the cliques. Very tight group that usually focused on the negative the actually got stuff done.

Cons

Working with negative Nancy's. Customers. Employees constantly complaining. Worrying about customers buckle and fuming them to death. I do not feel it is valid complaints.

Pros

Pay can be decent if you get the right shift

Cons

Culture is unethical and fake polite. Others will sell ideas to you the same way they sell to customers. Chargebacks for customers make you're commission a lot less. Scheduling is a pain and if you fall one month you are in the hole for the rest of your time there. Longest working employee was 2 years.
