Pros

Get what you put in

Cons

Management, management, management! This company does not care for their employees. You can work at 110% and still get screwed anyway you look at it. No work life balance. The store is full of bullies, and if you try to get it fixed somehow it’s flipped on you and now you’re the bad guy even though you’ve done nothing wrong. My personal store/manager was known for being unethical especially in the B2B department, constantly setting up fraudulent business accounts to make important metrics. You always have to keep an extra eye and ear open because things are always going on behind the scenes, especially if your good at your job

Pros

- Commission Only - Verizon Authorized Retailer (discount for your service if you use Verizon)

Cons

- Commission Only - You have to earn back your draw before you get a commission check, and if you can't do that, you will not survive here - No control over your schedule If you are applying to Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Ormond Beach, or Palm Coast: - You will have to clopen (close and then open) and it will likely be in locations that are far away from each other so you have to drive a lot to get home and back to work - You probably won't get the days off that you request, no matter how many times or how far in advance you request them - You will probably work 6+ days in a row for 12+ hour shifts - You will probably not get to take a lunch break most days - Your boss will try to guilt trip you over anything and everything he wants you to do that's not in your job description or requirements - You will have to do a lot of customer service for FREE because you are not getting paid by the hour or a salary (re: commission only) - Your boss already has his favorites and he will consistently give them the best shifts while you suffer on the ones that they know make the least money

Pros

Flexible schedule Home work life balance

Cons

This company has very unethical business practices. If you try to stay true to your morals and values and be an ethical sales person you will not make it here. You are pushed to sell things to customers even if they don’t need them and you are also pushed to sell the lowest of the low end devices because they pay more. On that note this company does everything they can to not pay you. If you make $8k in commissions you might see $1k of it. There is also no room for advancement here. They tell you that you can advance at level 3 but there are people at level 5 that want the move up but are stagnant because there are no positions to move up to. Even the admin positions are required to sell in this company. The management is not there to educate and support new reps like they should be. They are in direct competition with them. Once you get out of the initial training you are on your own and it’s sink or swim. This whole company is a joke.
