Pros

I used to think there were some pros to this job. But if you work for this company at least 3-4 months, you will start seeing the bs. Trust me, save yourself.

Cons

You will get promoted for being shady. Not many positions for growth. Promotions are based off of shady numbers and favortism. The draw check system is a scam. Make sure you analyze your commission checks. They literally charge you back for every little thing. Don't let the accessories go missing. They will insist that you have never been charged. I can guarantee you, somewhere on your pay stub...you will see little bit of bs chargebacks for small things here and there. Talk about a toxic culture. Management is a joke. RDs don't give a crap about you. I worked for this God forsaken company for almost 6 years. HR doesn't have your back. GM is a joke. If you work for this company, you will have no life but stress and sorrows. If you are expecting a last check from this company, make sure you analyze everything before you accept. They hold your last one for 30-60 days I believe so that they can charge you back for more bs. I'm surprised this company has not been involved in multiple law suits. If you are skeptical of something, make sure you get an attorney. This company doesn't pay you over time. You will see what I am talking about. All of these fake reviews are from current upper management. Team meetings and quarterly meetings with the entire Region is a joke. Just wait, you will see what I am talking about.

Pros

None. None. None. None. None.

Cons

Took me two years to decide to write this. I was fired due to ridiculous claims made by a client after accidentally bringing the clients old phone into my car and stayed in my car until the next morning. They claimed I accessed their Facebook/photos/personal info and knew their code but the night before gave me a cash tip for excellent service. I am not the type of person to ever look through someone’s personal items. I was given no chance to fight the wild accusations and even could have proved she was mistaken. She received an email saying someone had accessed her Facebook account. I wonder could that have been the customer herself logging in on her new phone?? I mean come on. As I was terminated I didn’t really care at the time just due to the ridiculousness of a company willing to do that to a loyal , moral employee. As well as having a better opportunity already lined up. The bad doesn’t end there. My “final” paycheck came out to a meager $270…. I am a numbers guy and swore up and down it was over $2000 off…. Which they swore was not true and the $270 was my final check. You can imagine my surprise when just last week(2 years later) I received a notice from the state of Florida of $2300 of “unclaimed” wages from… guess who? Cellular Sales. Now how does a company hold $2300 of hard earned money for over 2 years without so much as a phone call or email to said employee letting me know “hey you were right , here’s your $2000.” How else can you explain this? How does $2300 go unnoticed and I’d like to point out I even emailed the finance office in an attempt to scour through my pay to find where this money went when I was first let go 2 years ago. I moved in the last year as well so if they even sent a check at some point and it gets returned to sender, could they not call or email me….???? run far away from this company. I could have gotten over the customer is always right aspect, mostly due to knowing I had a better job waiting …. But I can’t get over shady pay and not supporting your employees. Would love some sort of response or explanation that may help me delete this in the future.

Pros

flexible shifts, you used to make a lot of money till they changed the comp...

Cons

You couldn't trust management. A bunch of people who were top earners got to let go the second they figured out how to game the commission system. HR is none existent, they allow you to get fired without having a reason. Management is like a Fraternity. If anyone suggests you work here, just don't. Youll remembers this review and be thankful. Bi-weekly meeting at 6 am and sometimes you have to drive two hours for a 6 am meeting quarterly
