Pros

I have had a few jobs in my time, my last job before coming on with CSOKI was as a substitute teacher for the local school system. No matter how hard I worked, and did my best to teach the kids not to just babysit them, I got payed the same as all the other substitutes. The beauty of CSOKI is that my hard work and effort finally pays off. If i bust my tail and put in the wrench time, my efforts are rewarded. I guess in short, I made double what I was averaging a month teaching in my first two days... CSOKI is an incredible company that alloys you to decide when you go on vacation, get a raise, and even what hours you wish to work. The freedom is just unbelievable as long as you can handle the responsibility. I guess what you need to ask yourself is; " Are you ready to start getting paid for what your worth?"

Cons

The only con with CSOKI is the same as the pros, you do dictate your own schedule thus if you do not work you do not get paid. If you can not handle the responsibilities of being your own boss and motivating yourself then this job is not for you.

Pros

Cellular Sales provides an amazing opportunity for driven, ethical, professional salespeople to live their ideal lifestyles while pursuing a long-term career with no glass ceiling. Cellular Sales pays the highest commissions in the wireless industry, and therefore your efforts as a sales rep are in direct correlation to your income earned. You actually are given the opportunity to be paid what you're worth. There is a lot of flexibility in terms of scheduling personal time off, and there is no unnecessary micro-management to hold you back with bureaucracy and red tape. Cellular Sales has grown 147% in the last three years, so there is huge opportunity for growth in both the sales arena and in terms of advancement opportunities. All management is promoted from within, so those who have what it takes can definitely look forward to achieving their career dreams with the company.

Cons

Entrepreneurship isn't for everyone, so if you need to be micro-managed then Cellular Sales is probably not the right position for you. Compensation is also 100% commission, but it is uncapped and extremely lucrative for those who embrace the concept of being paid what you are actually worth.

Pros

Highest uncapped commissions in the industry Company paid marketing and advertising Opportunities across the country and we are rapidly expanding into new areas A dynamic team environment Selling a recession proof product In many of today’s sales environments, companies ask their people to develop sales leads virtually out of thin air. While our reps develop leads in a variety of ways, another advantage our business model offers is that our more than 2,500 sales team members have the luxury of generating both consumer and business leads out of these state of the art locations. Our reps strive to provide a uniquely, personalized buying experience that results in the long term retention of their own personal clients. If you are; hard working, honest, entrepreneurial minded with the eagerness to learn new technology. If you have a positive attitude and high energy, Cellular Sales is a great opportunity for you.

Cons

This company is not for everyone. We have a very unusual (and incredibly thin) management structure. Our front line dealers manage their own businesses and require very little day to day structure. We do not, however, hire or engage anyone directly into "sales management". To excel in this company, you must be personally responsible and not afraid to take risks. There are various paths to leadership within Cellular Sales- to make it to the next level, you must be willing to start off in sales and work your way up.
