      -Most unique structure around -Best team I've ever worked with! -Shows so much appreciation! -Family that takes you in

      -it's still considered a job -for some it's a con to be held responsible/accountable for their own actions.

      In an economy where so many wireless companies have laid out "hiring freezes" for X amount of time, Cellular Sales has only opened up more stores and brought on more people. Pros: Growth Stability How much work you put in directly reflects how much you'll earn Income potential is high with no cap on commissions Independence Balance of work and play Support team expanding from team of sales rep sharing the floor up to market/regional directors Promoted from within Superior product Professional attire (all reps look dressed to impress- no polos) Store rotation (reps don't burn out and have chance to build regional clientele)

      Commission sales are not for everyone Lack of micromanagement- also not for everyone

      Car salesmen type atmosphere, just selling phones

      Pros

      Great commissions, laid back atmosphere. You have to split your commissions with the reps you're working with so try to gain as many "appointments" as possible.

      Cons

      Commission sharing can suck when there are many people working at once. VERY performance driven, if you don't perform, you will be released. You almost have to work weekends to reach your target goals.
