The other people you work with will make or break your time here. I was fortunate to have a great team.

Cons

The company is constantly looking for ways to reduce the amount of commission they have to pay. Their "gameified" compensation structure allows them to move KPI goals up and down to ensure that only a select percentage of employees is earning the highest bonus levels.
