Absolutely terrible management, no Lunch breaks, no 10 minute breaks either, unrealistic sales expectations. It's 100% commission so if you get stuck with a customer that isn't buying your wasting your time, no payed vacation or vacation in general you have to swap your shifts with someone and hope they take it.

Told no micromanaging, but that does not stay true. Poor communication from management when it comes to schedule changes and meetings. Also an HR department that does very little to follow up. No sick pay or paid holidays, mandatory unpaid meetings. Schedule not flexible when you begin.
