      I can't really think of an pros for this job

      Cons

      Commission is a super confusing equation of tracked categories that they change every month so you never know how much you should actually be making. They expect you to dedicate your entire life to the company even though they only pay you commission not hourly.

      pay, benefits are decent. dinner events. ability to earn custom fitted suit, tag her watch is also an obtainable goal.

      little room for growth in company.
