      Uncapped income, fun coworkers, not micromanaged.

      Cons

      Travel, unpredictable, constantly changing pay structure and requirements. People either flourish or drown and there's no in between.

      Pros

      Scheduling was pretty flexible, some of the sales reps are great people and fun to work with, if you sell the right phone and charge the customer bogus fees you can make decent money.

      Cons

      Bogus deductions from pay for all types of reasons. The company rips you off by literally stealing money out of your paycheck. It's pretty well known by the employees, but they deal with it anyway because the job market is tough these days. Expect to lose at least $400 a month from bogus charges from the company. No traffic walking in stores because the word is out on how how Cellular Sales can be really shady and rip people off. Verizon corporate stores are packed all day long with an hour wait while Cellular Sales stores go hours without a customer.

      Potential to make great money Flexible Scheduling

      Cons

      Takes a long time to build a customer base and really start making money Most money comes from outside sales activities not walk in - not for certain people Managers/DM's are disrespectful to agents when they get upset - become unprofessional I saw quite a bit of shady behavior get "missed" while the company totes integrity
