      100% Commission GREAT Pay Structure Much Room to Advance Easy job... we sell phones! Benefits after 1st year Great Team to work with Team Outings! (Basketball, Dinners, Yankee Games, etc.) Feel like you're part of the family No 'Degree' experience needed Life-Changing (Many reps making over 70k, some over 90k.)

      Cons

      Travel involved, although not more than an hour. Only a problem if you hate driving! Moved around between stores (When you're an above-average performer you generally get the schedule you like, however.) Like most sales jobs, because you're always on call, you're always working. However, most calls you get will eventually be for sales if you did your job right!

      Pros

      Make the most commission for what you sell, flexible hours, plenty of business, If motivated can make 40-70K a year. Ramp up bonus in your first 90 days to help with the lack of commission.

      Cons

      Pressure to sell devices that have spiffs, feel that you are not looking out for the best interest of the customer. If you do not sell the way the market requires you will cut your paycheck in half. benefits are horrible, no vacation, health insurance is extremely expensive, and your pay is commission only with no base pay. Expect 2 not to see a commission check for two months from start date. The structure has changed several times over the years and only recently has earning potential gone up, as long as you hit your new acts.
