Pros

Cellular Sales is a growing company with several advancement opportunities. The company promotes personal and professional growth with all of its employees. Management values employee feedback and use it to constantly maintain an ideal working atmosphere. Supervisors and team leads work closely with individuals to ensure positive growth and excellent performance. There are also great incentive opportunities where employees are rewarded for going above and beyond what's expected of them. My favorite part, last but not least, is that management encourages suggestions from employees and takes their ideas seriously, which gives employees the opportunity to get involved with the overall success of the company.

Cons

Personally, I don't have any cons working for Cellular Sales. However, prospective employees should know that to have the best experience working for Cellular Sales, it's important that you are willing to work hard, strive towards professional goals and come with a positive attitude for personal and professional growth.

Pros

Loads of freedom to work when you want. Ability to make a lot of money. Great coworkers. Work in different stores gives you the ability to meet different clients and different sales opportunities

100% commission, company is to focused on numbers and not customer service ability, a lot of travel that is not compensated

Everything! The team leads are completely incompetent, it is not family oriented at all. There is a leader board of what everyone is making but when you ask why your check is no where close to what this leader board shows you are treated like an idiot and told that the board is not a representation of what you will be paid, so what's the point of the board!?! You have charge backs plus if something is stolen from the store it falls on the sales reps to pay for!
