Over staffing stores, have to be aggressive to make money. More individual, less teamwork oriented.

Make a lot of money and the co workers are very helpful you will grow here as a salesman and opportunity to advance.

You Might have to work a Sunday every so often and always a Saturday if you wan to make money

Pros

High income professional retail sales environment. Room for advancement. Limited micromanagement. Plenty of location options across the eastern and southern U.S. Decent training.

Cons

Scheduling flexibility has been made very limited, though better than an average 9-5. Policy inconsistencies. Very limited paid vacation, and no paid personal days. Inferior backend system efficiency and stability when compared with corporate VZW.
