Pros

Pay is the fairest and best I’ve seen I. The industry and I’ve worked for several companies in my 11 years in the industry.

Cons

Boys club. Lack of HR presence allows for unfair decisions to be made by poorly trained leadership. Leadership training is read a book and submit which you get no feedback on so many don’t even read them. Promotions are more based on checking boxes and numbers and again being a part of the boys club. I did advance so this isn’t me just being salty. Be ready to field calls on your days off from employees helping your customers in store or from customers theirselves. No PTO they have a system but basically no PTO.

Pros

Great people, managers, and culture. This is truly the best work environment I have ever been a part of. Furthermore, they continually promote your career progress by allowing you to go to conferences or take up learning relevant to your field. Additionally, work hours are flexible and there are a lot of employee engagement events.

Cons

Benefits are far below average with the 401k match being a particularly glaring concern.
