      Horrible Management

      Pros

      It started off as a pretty good job with a flexible schedule and hands off management. I actually enjoyed my first 8 months or so at the job, but it went downhill quickly after that.

      Cons

      By the time I left, the management was unbearable. I was constantly threatened with being let go because of not selling enough phones.

      -full autonomy -you success is dependent on yourself -friendly environment -pay transparency Sales takes a certain kind of person to achieve success.

      Cons

      -poor leadership structure with consistent step-downs -need to coerce customers to hit whale sales -poor work/life balance

      Fun place, unsteady pay

      Pays well, and don’t have to have crazy hours

      Cons

      Some months are slower so you need to have money saved to get through them being commission only
