Pros

Easy quick interview process. No follow thru tho.

Cons

100% commission Will offer you a job at $13 an hour for "training". Will only pay for hotel accommodations if you're more than 50 miles away. No food stipend offered. When signed on, you're hired by a temp agency, if the temp agency ever contacts you to set up drug testing and on boarding. Waited 3 weeks for that to happen and took a position elsewhere. Offer an $18 an hour draw, and you have to make at least $3k a month to remain employed there. Also required to "buddy up" and split commissions with other reps who really do nothing.

Pros

Can have very good energy on the floor, pay is reasonable, if you are good with people customers can be enjoyable to work with

Cons

Moving the Goalposts, goals are changed monthly and sometimes even shifted rapidly. We were told to "do what makes us money" but then we would be punished for not focusing on areas that did not pay well.

Pros

Pretty laid back and easy

Cons

Not enough traffic to have a constant flow of income. Not vacation. No time off allowed unless you find someone to cover your shifts. Chargebacks are inevitable and they hit hard! The absolute worst transactional systems I have ever seen from any company. System errors will cause you to lose money and cause you to be required to pay the company back for promo fallouts, DP fallouts, etc. You will work more trying to get through a transaction than you will selling a device. Coworkers are shady and will take your sale in any and every opportunity they get. Shared vs unshared sales are a joke. Everyone will make up their own reasons not to share a sale and nothing is done about this from management. Why does everything have to go all the way to Senior Management before something is done?
