Pros

At a store level, this company is great at building relationships among the employees in the store. The job itself is pretty easy for anyone remotely tech-savvy as it's just selling cell phones.

Cons

Any level above a store level, it feels very political. There have been instances of sexual harassment that have been brushed under the rug because the accused is in close with higher-level management. Any sort of vacation time off is stressful because certain markets for this company still don't offer any sort of paid time off, whether it be sick days or vacation days. If you're under the weather, you lose money as it's 100% commission-based with no option for a sick day. The work-life balance isn't the best as you're expected to answer calls from clients, even outside of scheduled working hours. I feel like this company isn't up with the times as far as what it can offer to its employees in comparison to many other sales jobs.

Pros

Unlimited POTENTIAL earning. This is a customer service position dressed up as a sales job

Cons

No paid time off No set structure on income (it can change at the flick of someone's pen) No accountability for senior management decisions (RD level) Advertised as a $75k+ job for the average sales rep. This is only "reasonably" obtainable for those reps in the right areas, and/or those who are willing to dedicate their life to this job. Don't expect a great work life balance if you want to make that sort of money.

Pros

Decent earning potential where customers come to you. As you also hunt for new customers

Cons

Never good enough. Always something extra needed. Meetings outdated, still gathering at an office 30 mins away.
