Pros

Uncapped earning potential; great entry level sales position. The industry of selling phones has changed however, and it's tougher to make earnings, and I've generally been upset with Verizon's decisions that affected me as an indirect sales rep. That being said though, if you want to make money here, you will.

Cons

Micromanaging from back of house compliance management. Commissions are about two months apart, comes in once a month, and an hourly draw that comes in twice monthly, making it tough to manage finances at times.

Pros

The people and hours were great. Management is very hands-off and trusts you to do your job without breathing down your neck. The pay for a good salesperson is very good.

Cons

It's 100% commission. If you don't sell a LOT and really go for it, you WILL fail here. You have to want money more than you did yesterday in order to make it. Sales will not come to you, you have to go and get them (sometimes literally). You'll be on call 24/7 for customers so that you can continue to make good sales and have good reputation. Some days you'll make $0 and other days you'll make $600+ in 2 sales. If you're more of a clerk and enjoy customer service more than selling, look elsewhere. I went broke out here and it's 100% my own fault.
