Pros

If there is traffic and new customers in high volumes you can make endless money.

Cons

Just like everyone else has expressed management is full of money hungry individuals that will sacrifice the happiness of staff for their fancy houses & cars. You are “expendable” to them. You will probably be a victim to their terrible management making an uncomfortable work environment. Also you will have to deal with being tossed around in scheduling to make up for the very high employee turnover rate at Cellular Sales. If there arent any customers prepare to owe this company your hourly draw at the end of every month.

Pros

Uncapped commissions so you can make as much money as you want. If you perform well enough you get to go on annual trips.

Cons

The benefits(insurance, 401k, time off) are awful. Insurance for a family can be as much as a comms check. 401k match percentage is almost non existent. Time off simply does not exist. If you need time off you better find coverage or face the consequences. This company is very predatory. They will use you until they can't anymore.

Pros

If you are looking to make quick money, never take time off even when sick and have enough patients, this is a good job. You have some choice over which shifts you work but only if you are an above average seller.

Cons

Throughout my 2 years I had several coworkers fall sick from covid with dr. excuses from Cardiologist still be forced to come into work. Once a week the sales system would crash for hours especially during the busy holiday season. In order to be a top seller expect to work 30 days a month. There is no overtime pay since it is commission only. Commission is "uncapped" but they have ways of preventing you from making too much. No paid sick or vacation time. Health insurance is almost more expensive than going without. Managers were always flirting with me and played favorites. I requested to speak with HR and never heard from them.
