Pros

Ability to make some serious money if you are focused and driven. It is commission based income so what you make depends on you. However, commissions are also shared. So you’re going to make money in some capacity.

Cons

It’s hard to be driven when the management doesn’t care about you at all, and they don’t want to help you when you need it. Granted not all are bad but this is the long and short of this place. The company doesn’t have a decent way of allowing for people to have time off or if you’re having an emergency the job fights you tooth and nail to get those days or day off to take care of the situation. Like a death in the family, or being sick. Make sure you always have a doctors note if you have to miss work, even if you don’t have insurance. Otherwise, we don’t care, come in and make everyone else sick, customers and coworkers alike! And then, everyone that does have insurance can call out and get doctors notes and then we’re short staffed. So, basically, don’t have a life emergency or ever get sick or need anything at all ever. Also, there’s a good chance you’re money can get stolen from you even if you follow all of the procedures to a T. This can partly be due to the flip side of the commissions which again is that you often have to share money, which means if you didn’t make an appointment with someone your money goes to someone else as well.

Pros

If you want to work in wireless retail they pay well for the industry, if you’re willing to work 45+ hour weeks, holidays, and weekends.

Cons

-No PTO -No maternity/paternity leave -Weekends/holidays required -Unorganized management -Constant changing of bonus structure -Charge employees full retail for missing inventory -Commission only -Leadership is a bunch of frat bros starting from the CEO, none of whom have any real leadership experience prior to Cellular Sales.
