- No PTO - No coaching - Travel up to an hour away to different locations - No paid travel time or mileage - Sharing the majority of sales with other reps - Messy stores and BOH - No accountability - Schedule is not consistent or communicated effectively -Team meetings are one sided - Rewards are delayed by months or simply not given

Pros

One of very few places you are compensated on your level of performance. Commissions are great. Loved building relationships with clientele.

Cons

Zero work/life balance for leadership roles. Bosses are always absent, micro-managing through cameras, need to get with the times and learn how to listen and communicate with their teams instead of arrogantly assuming they know everything.

The drama is huge you wont really have friends there because everybody is a shark and they dont care about you, you’re just a number. Work life balance is not there if you want to make money. Its all just commissions they give you a weekly draw and they take it out when they pay you your commissions. It was not a good experience especially the managers are drama queens. If you’re a cute girl managers will hit on you like crazy.
