Money is good, employees are friendly

Cons

Management does not care about you, if you want to go on vacation you better get all your shifts covered and once you get back from vacay expect to be working 9 days a week. COVID is hidden from the employees, when management finds out that an employee has COVID they do not encourage us to get tested, they hide it from you. Management does not care about quality sales they care about slamming customers, we have to charge more fees than any other company like a program and setup fee that is literally just a fee for the customer that we make $18 on. Hiring is garbage, sometimes they will not hire someone because of their skin color I have literally witnessed this happen at least 20 times, if someone had kids they do not get hired as a female because they may need to take time off. You will be ridiculed for not wearing a suit and tie, if all you can afford is Walmart dress shirts, be prepared to be put down by management, if you have to long of hair, they force you to cut it, if you have a funeral to get too, you better get your shift covered or else. The amount of pressure that they put on management as team leaders is ridiculous, and they threaten you with your job constantly, I was personally demoted the day I got back from my vacation.

Pros

Great commission pay out Fast paced environment with its down times. Ability to learn from many people in different states

Cons

Commission is great but it’s all you rely on Hard to move up to a higher paying position. Huge chance you will never move up.

Pros

Accountability does not exist. You can miss important monthly meetings, show up very late to your shift, leave your shift for hours without permission or even telling your team lead, you can sleep on the sales floor if you were out for too long, you can no call no show if you want, live your life without any repercussions.

Cons

The regional directors will fire you if you hurt their feelings in some way. There is not really a known pattern and it’s hard to gauge because the amount of time the RDs spend in stores face to face with reps is zero. The RDs do have a team of snitches who will let them know if you blow your nose the wrong way because they actively attempt to brainwash everyone into thinking that everyone else is out to get them. Store Managers get told that Team Leads are actively trying to exploit them while the TLs are told that SMs are trying to steal their jobs. In addition, they will encourage current employees to badmouth ex employees which leads to a very toxic work environment because they also will rehire anyone back even if they are labeled “a bad Apple”. Calls and meetings are scheduled and rescheduled last minute because your time outside of work doesn’t matter. Also, you are expected to recruit for them. What does the recruiter do? Stalks Indeed to tell on you if you update your resume so they can be mean to you and call you names in the not so private group chats.
