Cons

Work environment is toxic. Higher ups choose favorites. Have a share system where if you are teamed with a lazy rep you lose money you earn

Pros

There were only a few pros to this job to be honest with you. It's just an entry-level job for anyone looking to just simply get experience on your resume. If you can get through the pressure and challenge of sales in the first few months of this job, you will level up your ability to carry out responsibilities and strengthen your work ethic. You'll gain an understanding of what it means to have actual responsibilities and find ways to make the most of your situations if you are seeking that out. These things will only come through if you follow through on your tasks and are engaged in your own work that is ^^^^^

Cons

Cons... There's a lot to say here honestly COMPENSATION- The pay is not what they say you're going to get in the beginning straight up, so do not expect to be making what they say you will "if you're on track." To add on to that, they charge the employees out of their commission checks that seem they are borderline profiting off/stealing money from inventory shortfall from their employees. They charge you the full retail price of missing items rather than just charging you the manufacturing price. MANAGEMENT Some of the "leaders" in the North Texas market don't understand what it means to be a leader and only care about having bodies to fill in shifts and what money you can make for them. They would create a façade to make it seem like they care about the emotional well-being of their employees and thinks of you more as a robot without personal lives with little to none of your schedule preferences being taken into consideration. DO NOT RECOMMEND this workplace to anyone considering working in the North Texas region.
