Pros

Somewhat flexible schedule, works well if you are in college and need a little money on the side. Good for commission sales experience, not for a career.

Cons

When I started here I was promised 50k for my first year working a normal 40 hour a week. The reality... I barely made 30k a year working 60 hours a week. And I was at the top of the leader board every month.... No sick days, no vacation, no paid time off what so ever. If the customer cancels their plan for any reason within 6 months csoki takes all of the commission you made plus the cost of the phone (example 699.00for an iPhone) straight out of your check. If inventory goes missing for any reason you have to pay full cost for it. You are paid only commission but take "draws" from your comms check for your hourly to make it look like you have a base pay. If your comms don't cover your hour draws you go negative. Management is terrible I have quoted them saying "it's hard to see from 50k feet up" referring to a problem. They do not care about employees or issues, if an employee is stealing from you (business, personal items, money) they still do not care. You are told to sell out dated refurbished phones and forced not to sell iPhones. You are punished if you do sell an iPhone, even if that is what the customer wants. Most of the phones that are not refurbished have still been used by employees. Unless you see it taken out of the package you can bet it is used.

Pros

Ability to create somewhat of your own schedule.

Cons

Wow, where to begin? They will promise you the world, probably giving you the numbers of the one sleazy employee that lies, cheats, and steals there way to a decent living. The pay is commission only and it is NOT in favor of the sales rep. There is ZERO transparency as to exactly how you are paid. If you only deal with customer service issues (happens often in the industry) you DON'T get a dime. This has happened numerous times. That is unless you ram a phone or accessory down the customers throat, which is what they want. The pay structure is designed to reward the sharks at the cost of the ethical. You are charged for ANY missing inventory on every given shift with no discretion. Their is NO paid sick or vacation time either, because the company could care less. Management is a farce. They dont get involved with escalations, and often blow off concerns of both the customer and employees, while they collect the big check on the backs of the sales reps.Training was a joke. They teach you how to sell as much as possible, even if unnecessary. You are taught to sling certain phones because they pay better, even if the customer doesn't prefer them. There is little to no product training. good luck with that. This is the least ethical company i have ever worked for. They make excuses for everything, and rules and guidelines constantly change at the discretion of "management". In conclusion, if you like transparency and value ethical business, then look elsewhere.

Pros

Highest uncapped commissions I have ever seen in the industry. Scheduling flexibility. Many people in these reviews are complaining about lack of advancement opportunities. It is solely numbers and tenure driven. If you are CONSISTENTLY a top performer. You will advance. If not, you wont.

Cons

100% commission with a draw may be a con to the people who are not very good at the job. Working at multiple locations that can require a lot of driving. Lots of middle management is very cutthroat.
