Competitive compensation Flexible schedule Relaxed sales environment on most days I have an amazing team and was able to take a week off when my child was born (albeit without PTO) It is an incredible opportunity to work for this company but you need to have the expectation of working like a business owner would. Long term employment is very plausible but you will probably not see much upward movement but there are always opportunities to move and get a change of scenery.

At the mercy of customer traffic Occasionally irrational customers No PTO whatsoever A year before you are established with benefits Little to no opportunity for upward movement

100% commission. And goals are set across the market as a whole when i believe each store should have their own goals as demographics are very different area to area.

Pros

Flexible hours and better pay structure being an authorized retailer. Truly customer focused in every aspect. Literally just show up and care about your job and you'll easily make 5k month at minimum. I used to hate the buzz phrase "company culture" but this company changed my mind quickly, everything I was sold on in the interview is shown everyday and its not some saying they throw around the corporate lunch table pretending.

Cons

Order flow process can be tedious especially with most customer service reps being located overseas it creates unnecessary issues sometimes.
