Pros

Pretty laid back and easy

Cons

Not enough traffic to have a constant flow of income. Not vacation. No time off allowed unless you find someone to cover your shifts. Chargebacks are inevitable and they hit hard! The absolute worst transactional systems I have ever seen from any company. System errors will cause you to lose money and cause you to be required to pay the company back for promo fallouts, DP fallouts, etc. You will work more trying to get through a transaction than you will selling a device. Coworkers are shady and will take your sale in any and every opportunity they get. Shared vs unshared sales are a joke. Everyone will make up their own reasons not to share a sale and nothing is done about this from management. Why does everything have to go all the way to Senior Management before something is done?

Pros

Pay structure can be good if you actually get traffic in your store

Cons

-Managers who have been there for a while seem to be 'protected' and don't seem to care at all - leave early, poor communication, last minute 6 am meetings, can't handle store maintenance, no continuous training, they don't hold anyone accountable -Store managers take all of the good/swing shifts and team members may not even have the ability to 4 shifts/full time work in a week -Incentive plans keep getting worse and no accountability -Managers don't respond to anything if they are off-duty
