      Pros

      Being able to be transparent and I am good at explaining things due to the training helping me understand the jobs attributes

      Cons

      Patience and training can be a little better for me but it's getting better due to the training I went thru

      Everything I was looking for in my job search.

      Pros

      Came in with minimal sales experience, and I was well trained for success from the ground up. Commission structure is excellent, very easy to make significantly more then the vast majority of jobs in the area with plenty of opportunity for bonuses. Work life balance is excellent. I am able to work a generally unlimited amount of hours when I need them. And it is very easy to take time off when I need to. Additionally there is an excellent and supportive team culture. Overall Cellular Sales is exactly the kind of sales position I was looking for, and I hope to stay with the company for the forseeable future.

      Cons

      The first month was a fixed hourly of 15.50, although this does enable a good training environment, I did have to budget accordingly until I was able to make unlimited commission.
