Pros

- MONEY - Work as much or little as you want - Have total independence, little to no micromanaging - Love the hours.. Earliest 9am Latest 8pm - Shared Commisions which helps the cut throating At Cellular Sales, you habe complete control over how much money that you will make. I do not recommend this job like to be out at work. Your shift must be covered but you have freedom to swap to as many or little shifts as possible. The money is unbelievable. I made over 4k my first week with my bonuses included. ou will not find a better job for the time that you put in. Average salary is 45k but if you are driven, 6 figures is easily attainable.

Cons

-No Benefits -No hourly pay -Work different locations maybe an hour from where you live. -Some coworkers dont care about work or money and it will affect your money because it's a shared commission system

Pros

Flexible scheduling options were okay.

Cons

Even with the flexible scheduling the work life balance was terrible. I was working 60+ hours a week and in the top three sellers in my state but never took home a commission check. I sometimes worked 22 hr shifts. Meals and brakes were not guaranteed and were actually looked down upon. On every day off it was expected that I constantly check my phone and take care of work related issues. I understand the occasional work that needs to be completed at home but 20+ calls on every full day off after a 60+ hour work week is excessive. This company is commission only so there is no such thing as overtime. I was continually harassed by my coworkers and managers. My coworkers showed up high and drunk multiple times and it was fully acceptable for them to take a shift-long nap in the conference room. Everyone I worked with watched movies their entire shift. It is such a joke. If one new guy on the team messed up then the entire team got yelled at for the next hour by the managers. Not a friendly environment. My female coworkers were seen as prizes for the guys. I witnessed terrible things at this company. My boss took us all to “mandatory training” after hours at a gentleman’s club. Very much so a company that encourages “good ole boys club” mentality. I have found a better opportunity and am still haunted by my time at CellularSales. It was overall, a terrible experience. Be warned.

Pros

flexible schedule. Fairly competitive benefits.

Cons

100% commission job in a sales field that relies on impulse buying. Employees are encouraged to make sales by ANY means necessary. Lying to customers is encouraged and rewarded.
