Pros
The pros of working for this company is nonexistent. Whatever they promise you is a lie.
Cons
The downsides are plentiful. They do not disclose to customers and overcharge them for old products. They screw over customers and reps alike. They promise you thousands of dollars a month, but very rarely do you make what they promise. If you are willing to not have any integrity and sell used or refurbished phones/tablets for double or triple the asking price anywhere else, you will make decent money. The more you screw the customer, the more pats on the back you get.
