-High earning potential. -Somewhat flexible schedule (though shift selection directly depends on performance, and performance depends in large part on the shifts and locations you can get).

Cons

-Frat-house/cult-like environment (very unprofessional working environment). -Earnings are 100% commission based with strict yet arbitrary quotas. The business model and payment structure inherently encourages unethical sales tactics. -If all you care about is making money, you'll do well. If you are an inherently ethical person with integrity looking for a long term sustainable career in a reputable sales organization, you won't last long because the sleazy used-car-salesman tactics that go on here will horrify you.
