Pros

Work environment is relaxed. Most reps will make between $40,000 and $50,000 this year (2016) while a select few will make much more.

Cons

100% commission based and some stores(you work out of 7) are better than others. A few reps have secured rank to get the best shifts each month, which in turn make them more money and allow them to keep getting the best shifts. Average reps will never work "great" shifts and can sit at a store all day and not sell a single phone, which is not good because, again, this is a 100% commission job. Unfortunately, this will probably never change. Management does not like the excuse of having "bad" shifts and will say that the shift is as good as you make it. Well, you can't make something out of nothing.

Pros

Can make Good Money Freedom Slight discounts

Cons

They rotate you to every store in the area so each work day you have to gauge your communte. One day your commute may be 7 or 8 miles on a morning shift, the very next day it may be 35 miles and a night shift. The managers that are responsible for you learning the job are also your competition on the sales floor, so it gets cutthroat. They really don't care if you get it or not because they want to make bonus off you or over you. They send you to a nice training facility for 3-4 days in NJ, but then when you get back you sell products at straight cost w/o receiving bonus. After end of 30 days they decide if they want to keep you or not. Only six salesmen made it out of a class of 17. I personally did about 22 new accounts, sold 25 phones, and about 9 tablets in my training month, and did not get accepted. What happens is all the people who don't make it they dont care about because the new 2 year activations and product sales pay for any money spent on training you times 5. In other words they cant lose, they're making money either way.

Pros

Some flexibility in scheduling. Good team members. Some good money potential.

Cons

The newest pay structure is awful. 80 percent of us aren't making our goals. Over staffing is so bad it's become a joke.
