Pros

• opportunity to get hands-on with new phones & devices

Cons

• you have to work extreme hours (70+) to make even half-way decent money • commissions are split up and deducted from WAY too much • sales reps are responsible for device costs which cost you a ton of money, especially if you get on a shift with a bad sales-person • prevalent "frat boy" atmosphere • management plays favorites

Pros

Easy job, I enjoyed my co-workers, fun environment, and great events.

Cons

They changed the commission structure 3x in 8 months. This is very much like a "pyramid scheme". They will sell you on how much you could POTENTIALLY make, encourage you to be unethical, and throw you under the bus when customers complain. Also, your commission will never actually be what you earned because they deduct missing items from your paycheck.
