Pros

Good paying job if you don't mind working hard and are good at selling. 100% commission

Cons

No room for advancement. Lots of back stabbing and savage like environment. Management always finds way to take your money. Want you to make quota while profiling customers

Pros

Sales would only be that you are not MyQ micro-managed, they allow you to manage your own book of business while using their quote unquote inventory. But that is the only Pro

Cons

Where to start... First you're responsible financially for every single piece of inventory in their locations, the representatives that man the stores regularly pocket and take home Inventory so you are stuck with paying for the inventory. This includes phones accessories Etc. It is illegal to charge employees for the cost of phones and accessories yet no one ever stands up to management about it. They also deduct from your commissions based on certain levels of Productions this too is illegal..

Pros

Money, job culture, and management. If you work hard, it literally pays at this job. Upbeat and positive attitude from management and co-works will rub off on you, which is a good thing when working in sales. Opportunity to learn and grow yourself and sales ability. By problem solving and truly helping out customers you are not only fiscally rewarded but with life experience rewarded.

Cons

Scheduling, commission, moving up. Sometimes getting a shift covered can be difficult. There are slower months, which being 100% commission, can be frustrating. There are a lot of training's in order to take to move up, coming out of college it reminds me of busy work, but ultimately valuable things to cover and recover throughout your any point in life.
