      Decent Pay - Terrible Management

      Pros

      Great pay if you can sell “Pick” your own schedule through a drafting system (based on how much you made vs. other reps.)

      Cons

      Closing hours are 8pm and 9pm Have to work weekend TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT - Specifically store manager and GM Co-workers act “clicky” like high school friend groups Cannot move up unless you’re a top earner (so basically no room to grow unless you sell a lot and the GM has to be your friend.

      Good people, poor culture

      Flexible scheduling, good commission, amazing coworkers

      Cons

      Poor leadership, terrible culture, chaotic company, terrible communication. Constant change but for no apparent reason, no explanation, and with a its my way or the highway mentality. Leadership has a tremendous eye for quality people, but fails to retain them due to poor culture. Leadership meaning those above store management. Store manager was incredible, great guy, great leader. But those above him overruled him, or limited his ability to enact change and make an impact. Or honestly, he could have been lying the whole time and never actually stood up or spoke to them at all.
