Pros

Very flexible, a great place for hard workers, you get what you put into the job. There’s a huge potential for people in this company because there’s no cap on how much money you make.

Cons

It can be stressful sometimes is really the only con I have but every job is stressful to some degree.

Pros

It’s a brilliant opportunity for the self motivated, self managed, and purposeful to make a life changing income with a great work/life balance in a positive and friendly atmosphere. The training and mentorship in the company is 2nd to none with hundreds of on floor (sales floor) and off positions available. Oppertunity for advancement in nearly all avanue of the company.

Cons

External factors (economy) can affect income. Its working with people (customers and co-workers) which can be stressful. Cellphones are an ever changing market so keeping up with everything can be daunting. It requires self motivation to stay on task, holding yourself accountable, and on task.
