      Pros

      Good benefits, nice office and location, monthly birthday celebrations, management is easy to talk to about any issues you may be facing both at work and personal. Hybrid-Remote and Flex schedule opportunity is available for most after 90 days. Great stepping stone from collage to career.

      Cons

      There were some social gatherings but would have liked to see more team building events or field site visits on projects being worked on. Would have liked to seen more investment in continued education for the position being filled and better EOY bonuses.

      Pros

      - Interesting and exciting Structural and Mechanical engineering projects mainly related to entertainment industry. Opportunity to work with critical niche technologies relatively quickly in your career and therefore great way to gain valuable industry experience. - Team-Sprit:- Knowledgeable team and dedicated engineering and managerial staff to mentor and provide important incites. Great coworkers. - Upper Management is very open minded and receptive to valuable opinions from all including juniors. - Mentorship program - Location:- Great office location in Central Florida - Hybrid and Flexible work schedule:- To help manage work-life balance

      Cons

      - High profile projects can sometimes translate to long hours especially near project deadlines. However, this is an issue with entire engineering discipline and not just Celtic. - Salaries can be made a bit more competitive compared to some although current provided are not much different either. - Some more room to improve work-life balance - Overall the pros triumph over cons
