      Pros

      Enjoyed the company of my peers. But not much else.

      Cons

      Logistics/scheduling for field employees does not often make sense, more travel involved then described. Administration out of touch with field workers.

      Honest not so rosy review

      Pros

      As thorough as they can be with systems design and pre-site install prep work. Constantly push the technology envelope. Pretty decent pay. Great front line people.

      Cons

      Small company that grew too fast. Untenable workload and hours expectation very much negate little bit of extra starting pay. Despite repeated claims to be a "family" you are a number contributing to a bottom line, period. Many employees laid off and cut off at start of COVID. NO buffer or assistance was offered to them. This did not sit right with a number of us still here. I strongly believe this company will be acquired in the not so distant future.

      Pros

      Good people trying to find the right path. I wish them the very best.

      Cons

      People warned me coming in. Some are here today, gone tomorrow. Workforce is littered with buddies in most avenues. Real change is hard as its been nudged, pushed or shoved aside over many a season. People work hard at pushing back allowing real change to occur. To only wear a different hat on another day, until the brim seems floppy ... unless you sip, drink, and glup the koolaid.
