The sales target goals are ridiculous. There is a huge downward trend in sales for the past for years and the set the target as if we are able to make it magically turn around in one year, with the release of CU even though it cuts at our sales even more.

Constantly changing and reorganizing of company’s structure resulting in letting people go, constant revolving door of reps- no consistency, insufficient training, selling digital products is the main goal which customers are unhappy with and leaving to competition. Commission/bonus is paid out based on yearly goal attained, systems to track where you are relative to your goal are never accurate, then the company reorganizes again and your numbers and territory become unrecognizable making it impossible to hit goal. Job is essentially 24/7 - work on campus during the day and emails all night. Company car is not allowed for personal use without paying out of pocket.
