Pros

More and more it's difficult to come up with any to list.

Cons

Morale is really, really bad. Some of the other reviews mention bully culture and I would completely agree with that. Managers are not supportive and set you up to fail. The work load is unbelievable (and the salary does not compensate for that) and it has only gotten harder now that there have been more recent lay offs. There is no work/life balance, vacation and time off is not encouraged and while approved often the employee is made to feel bad when requesting it. They have no respect for their employees and treat all of us (below the higher management level) and replaceable clones. It is disheartening to work at a place that claims to be so passionate about "the student" but could not care less about their own employees.
