Pros

The environment is laid back and flexible. The people are those I would be friends with in real life. That's important when you spend most of your waking hours at a place. Benefits are generous.

Cons

Pay is too low. The culture is moving slowly away from a hierarchical, siloe'd, communication controlled quagmire into something more flexible and dynamic.

Great benefits like work at home, relaxed dress code, flex time, lots of time off and company holidays, people are extremely nice and caring, clean workplace.

Cons

Nobody can make a decision! It takes meeting upon meeting to come up with a decision. Want everything and the moon on a product but won't increase budgets to get them. Not much room for advance in some areas.
