      Decent entry level job. I would advise to start job hunting after one year if you want to get paid fairly though.

      Pros

      They do a great job of training you to work in publishing. BUT once you are trained you'll need to take your talents elsewhere to earn fair market value.

      Cons

      Executive team is clueless. They constantly roll out new products before they are ready. They give extremely unrealistic sales goals. And they implement or change policies often just to justify their salaries.

      Good benefits, company car, decent salary

      Cons

      Brought in new upper management that are clueless and haven't hit their sales numbers yet. Mindtap does not work and is hard for faculty to use. No job security and they just can everyone. Zero leadership.

      Benefits were decent. HR staff was really fantastic.

      Cons

      Company was completely disconnected with what was happening and current. Leadership was not aware of the real talent. If you were in their face you had value otherwise, they went on gossip. If there were personality issues, you were gone.
