Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I am pleased to hear that you are satisfied with many of the benefits we provide including parental leave, 401K match, and remote work. We are continuously evaluating our benefit offerings, including paid time off. As you noted, in 2021 we increased our starting vacation from 2 to 3 weeks per year. In addition, we added a Juneteenth holiday and added several wellness days off, including an entire week off at the end of 2021. Overall, Cengage Group leads the market in the time off category when you look at the whole time off package which includes 11 holidays, 2 floating holidays, sick time, wellness days and more. We recognize time off is a highly valued benefit that supports work/life balance and are actively monitoring the marketplace to ensure we stay at or above market. I appreciate your feedback.
