After rollout of subscription plan and announcement of merger with MGH the employees are what take the hit. Incentive plans are no longer incentivizing, transparency is now a hypocritical concept and the culture that I loved has become more of a tongue in cheek concept.

The worker bees were never paid what they deserved. They're on the front line getting beat up, and then beaten down by their managers because they're expected to remember so much. Unfortunately, the constant reorganizations of this company hit me. I was devastated but am so glad I am no longer a part of this company.
