This is a place you exchange you time for money, work life balance is good.

Cons

Leadership is beyond clueless. Just spent years updating the online platform and the changes are hardly noticeable and can't be based on customer feedback. Compensation and sales incentives are non existent. They are dividing up $200 across 16 sales people for a 3 month contest...

Free parking, subsidised meals. Friendly people. Good to have on your CV. Nice offices and canteen

Cons

Poor pay, no career progression. Many redundancies. IT department have no clue. I would avoid this place
